A football game between La Palma Kennedy High School and Anaheim Catella High School on Friday night was interrupted by a teen who ran onto the field, but once the clown was caught by an adult, the older man’s The move shocked the crowd.
Video shared with KTLA showed the young man jogging across the field with a flag with inappropriate information written on it, and nearly jumping over a wall in the finish area when he was caught by an adult.
An adult, believed to be a Catera High School employee by those present, grabbed the teen and threw him to the ground. The adult also put his knee on what appeared to be the prankster’s neck as he lay on the ground.
Michele Schow, who provided the video and witnessed the altercation, said the teen was knocked down by a grand slam, which drew condemnation from those present.
Shaw told KTLA in an email: “All families, school staff and students have witnessed that the excessive force of the body slamming was unnecessary.”
