The 8,000-square-foot Anaheim Hills property sold for nearly $6.5 million, a record for the neighborhood, according to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Real Estate’s Geronsins Real Estate Group, which represents the seller.
The residence at 5120 E Copa De Oro was built in 2020 on 0.8 acres. It includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and an 80-foot water slide that connects the spa to a resort pool with a grotto waterfall.
The home was listed for sale in June with a price tag of $6.8 million.
“The sale of 5120 E Cope De Oro shows that demand for luxury living remains high as we enter the fall market,” said Carole Geronsin, who is listed with Genelle and George Geronsin.
